The Armenian Church traditionally celebrates evening Divine Liturgy on the evening prior to Jesus Christ’s Glorious Resurrection (Easter).

Arrival - Yerevan - City tour - Zvartnots - Etchmiadzin - Yerevan
Pick-up from the airport and transfer to the hotel. Breakfast in the hotel. Sightseeing tour in Yerevan, which will include the main streets and the main buildings for you to get acquianted with the capital of Armenia. Tour to Zvartnots Cathedral, built in the 7th century, now in ruins. Togather with Etchmiadzin Mother Cathedral and churches St. Gayane and St. Hripsime it is included into the World Haritage List. Tour to Etchmiadzin, where you will take part in the evening Divine Liturgy on the evening prior to Jesus Christ’s Glorious Resurrection. Back to Yerevan.

Yerevan - Amberd - Byurakan (Tonacuyc) - Yerevan
Breakfast in the hotel. Tour to the 7th-century fortress Amberd, located on the slopes of Mount Aragats. Then comes Byurakan, where you will be shown how Easter was celebrated centuries ago as well as Armenian rituals and traditions. Back to Yerevan.

Yerevan - Khor Virap - Noravank - Areni - Jermuk
Breakfast in the hotel. Tour to the closest point to the Mount Ararat, Monastery Khor Virap, where Gregory The Illuminator was imprisoned for 13 years. Then comes Noravank, two-stored monastery, unique in its construction. From here a breathtaking view is opening to the gorge. In Areni we will taste Armenian wine. The overnight in Sisian.
Overnight: Sisian
Sisian - Tatev - Shaki waterfall - Yerevan
Breakfast in the hotel. Tour to the 9th- century Tatev Monastery, surrounded by beautiful gorge. To get to the Monastery we will take the ropeway Wings of Tatev, which is know as the longest reversible aerial tramway built in only one section, and which holds the record for Longest non-stop double track cable car. Then we will enjoy the beauty of Shaki waterfall (18m) and will drive to Yerevan.
Overnight: Yerevan
Yerevan - Lake Sevan (Sevanavank) - Dilijan (Goshavank, Haghartsin) - Yerevan
Breakfast in the hotel. Tour to Lake Sevan, well-known for its beauty and the fact of being the biggest fresh water basin in Armenia and Eurasia. We will visit the monastery, situated on the peninsula, Sevanavank. Then will take our way to spa city Dilijan, which is also know as Armenian Switzerland or Little Switzerland. We will visit two monasteries Goshavank and Haghartsin of the 13th century and will drive back to Yerevan.
Overnight: Yerevan
Yerevan - Charents' Arch - Garni - Symphony of the Stones - Geghard - Yerevan
Breakfast in the hotel. Tour to the only pagan temple left in the territory. On the way to Garni we will have a stop near Charents' Arch, will get acquainted with the famous Armenian writer and will enjoy the splendid view to the Mount Ararat that opens from the viewpoint. Once in Garni we will also enjoy the beauty of Garni gorge, the Symphony of the Stones. Then comes Geghard, the monastery, the part of which is carved in the cliff. Back to Yerevan.
