Astvatsinkal Monastery is located on the right bank of the Kasagh River gorge, on a high hill on the right side of the river. The hand-made buildings built in different centuries have merged with the surrounding nature in a common unity, they are close and in harmony with it.
Tukh Manuk chapel was a pagan sanctuary and symbolized the worship of water. After the adoption of Christianity, it has become a Christian chapel. The name of Tukh Manuk Sanctuary has become so widespread that thousands of people visit the chapel every year to see the “murazatu” khachkar. The chapel is located in the northeast of the Lusagyugh village.
