Join us to discover the most hidden corners of Vayots Dzor.
We will visit Martiros Vimapor chapel, located inside of Mount Nazar. It is the first in Armenian church construction with its internal resonance, with its high constructive art.
Next, we will go to see the St. Areni church, whose architect was Momik. At the end of the day, we will visit Selavatar, which is located near Areni village.
The next stop will be at Karayts observation point, from where goats and bears can be seen with the naked eye.
P.S. Please keep in mind that we have a walk of about 6 km of medium difficulty ahead of us. Participants are recommended to be sporty, comfortable shoes, warm clothes, wear a protective hat, have enough food and water for one day.
P.S.S. The price does not include the entrance fee to Karaytber observation post, which is 500 AMD.
