We invite you to take part in a long-awaited tour full of indescribable impressions to Lori region. Breathtaking nature, historical monuments, green meadows, high mountains and deep gorges, in a word, all this you have to see with your own eyes.
First, we will visit Haghpat Monastery Complex, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one remarkable cultural and spiritual centers of Armenia of the 10-13th centuries.
Then we will have a very beautiful and easy hiking tour to the beautiful forest trails. They will lead us to ancient Sanahin monastery which was also recognized by UNESCO as a part of world cultural heritage.
P.S. The total length of the hike is about 10 km. Participants are advised to wear sneakers, comfortable clothing, and a
protective cap, and to take food and water for the day.
P.S.S. Those who do not want to take part in the hike can go from Hagpat to Sanahin by car.
