– In the beginning, we will head to the nearby village of Aghbyurak, where we will visit the Saint Aj Monastery (10-14th centuries), 3-4 km from Aghbyurak district, in the forest.
The variety of plants in the territory of the monastery differs in their diversity and abundance, taking the chance we’ll collect various types of urtica and take them with us (SHUSHAN, FALCARIA VULGARIS, MANDAK …)
– Have you ever baked lavash and tasted the lavash made with your own hands … And we are going to TRY
– Next stop will be in Jrarat community (Kotayk region), where the delicious scent of bread, homemade yogurt and cheese will be waiting for us.
