• Search for new partners in domestic and international markets to obtain the most favorable offers in terms of time, price, and other criteria.
• Conduct correspondence and negotiations with partners (hotels, transportation service providers, restaurants, excursion companies, etc.) and clients, coordinating contractual terms.
• Participate in the development of pricing proposals for tour packages.
• Prepare primary informational materials related to tour packages (information kits).
• Carry out statistical analysis of tours.
• Regularly research existing price offers in the market.
• Collect, process, and analyze client travel requirements.
• Provide on-site and phone consultations to clients and assist them in making decisions.
• Book hotels, transfers, excursions, and restaurant tables.
• Monitor payment processes and commission disbursements, and accept cash payments.
• Provide clients with all verbal and written information related to their trips.
• Attract new clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, including correspondence, calls, and meetings.
• Conduct negotiations and sign contracts.
• Provide client consultation and support.
  
  Required Hard Skills:
   
• Knowledge of foreign languages (English and Russian required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
• Computer literacy: proficiency in MS Office and confident use of the Internet.
  
  Required Soft Skills:
   
• Sales skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of the tourism industry.
  
  
  Work Schedule: Shift-based, 10:00 – 19:00
