Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the website onewaytour.com, our customer support channels, and the booking of travel services from One Way Group LLC ("One Way Tour"), a tour operator registered in the Republic of Armenia.

By using the website or contacting us through any of our channels, you accept these terms.

2. Our services

We are an inbound tour operator. We organise group and private tours, transfers, guide services and related travel arrangements in Armenia and neighbouring countries. Specific conditions of participation in tours — what is included, cancellation windows, behaviour on tour — are set out in our Tour Regulations, which form part of these terms.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once we send you a written confirmation and the agreed payment or deposit has been received. Prices are quoted per the offer given to you and may change before confirmation.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including deadlines and refundable amounts, are stated in your booking confirmation and in the Tour Regulations. Where they conflict, the booking confirmation prevails.

5. Communication channels

You may contact us by email, through the website, or via Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and WhatsApp. Messages sent through these channels are received in our support desk and answered by our staff during working hours. We aim to reply within one business day; replies may take longer over weekends and public holidays.

Your use of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp is also governed by the terms of the respective platform operator. We are not responsible for the availability of those platforms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our channels to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, to impersonate another person, or to attempt to disrupt our systems. We may stop responding to and block accounts that do so.

7. Personal data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

We are liable for the proper performance of the travel services we arrange, in accordance with Armenian law. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, border closures, strikes, or acts of third parties not engaged by us.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
