Ask about these terms

1. Company and scope

One Way Group LLC ("ONE WAY TOUR", "we", "us") is a licensed tour operator registered in the Republic of Armenia, with an office at 16 Parpetsi Street, Yerevan. These terms apply when you use onewaytour.com, contact our travel team or book a tour, transfer, accommodation request, guide service or travel package with us.

Mandatory rights granted by Armenian law always apply. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

2. Documents that form your agreement

Your agreement may include these terms, the tour or service page, our written quotation, the booking confirmation, payment instructions, the Tour Regulations and, for a travel package, the package contract. Please read the documents provided for your booking before paying.

Specific written terms in your confirmed booking or package contract take priority over these general terms for that service, but only to the extent permitted by law. If information is unclear or inconsistent, contact us before payment.

3. Enquiries and booking confirmation

A website form, message or booking request is an enquiry and does not by itself guarantee availability. A booking becomes binding when we have verified availability, sent written confirmation with the essential service details and price, you have accepted those terms, and any required payment or deposit has been received.

For a travel package, we provide the contract information required by Armenian tourism law, including the itinerary and dates, included services, total price and payment schedule, cancellation conditions, participant requirements and other relevant travel information. The person making a group booking confirms that they are authorised to provide the required participant information and communicate the confirmed terms to the group.

4. Prices and payments

  • The currency, price basis, inclusions, exclusions, deposit and payment deadline are shown in the offer or booking confirmation.
  • Currency conversions displayed on the website may be indicative; the confirmed amount and settlement currency are stated before payment.
  • Online payments are processed by the selected bank or payment provider. We receive the payment status and transaction reference but not your complete card details.
  • An obvious publishing or calculation error does not bind either party. We will correct it and ask you to accept the corrected offer before confirmation or refund an amount already collected for the erroneous offer.

After a travel package is confirmed, its price may be changed only on the grounds and with the notice allowed by the contract and Armenian law. Where a lawful increase reaches the statutory threshold, the consumer may have the right to terminate without a cancellation fee.

5. Traveller responsibilities

You must provide accurate names, contact details, participant ages and other information reasonably required for the service, review the confirmation promptly and tell us about errors. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, border permissions, insurance, health requirements and arriving at the agreed place on time unless our written offer expressly includes these items.

Tell us before booking about mobility, health, dietary or other requirements that may affect safe delivery of the service. We will explain what can reasonably be arranged; some routes, vehicles or heritage sites may have physical access limitations.

6. Cancellation or changes requested by you

Send a cancellation or change request through the contact details in your confirmation. It is effective when received by us. Supplier charges, unused services and refund timing depend on the confirmed service and applicable law.

For ONE WAY day tours displaying our standard policy, cancellation is free at least 24 hours before departure, 50% is refundable when less than 24 hours remain, and no refund is due after the tour starts or for a no-show. A different policy shown before booking for a particular service or ticket applies to that service.

For a tourist-package contract, Armenian law may provide a seven-working-day reflection period after conclusion, subject to the statutory conditions, including whether money has already been transferred to another service provider at your instruction or with your consent. Any other package cancellation fee must be stated or calculated fairly under the contract and applicable law, taking account of the notice period, costs saved and alternative use of the services. We will provide a written calculation on request.

7. Changes or cancellation by us

We may make a minor operational change, such as changing the order of stops, guide or vehicle, where it does not materially reduce the service. We will notify you of a significant change and offer the remedies required by the confirmed contract and law, which may include accepting the change, an appropriate alternative or a refund.

If we cancel because we cannot perform the service in extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, or because the disclosed minimum group size is not reached and notice is given by the agreed deadline, amounts paid for the cancelled service are refunded without a cancellation penalty unless you accept an alternative. We are not responsible for separate arrangements you made unless the law or confirmed contract says otherwise.

8. Hotels, carriers and other suppliers

We may arrange services delivered by hotels, transport operators, guides, attractions, airlines and other qualified suppliers. Their operational rules may apply where disclosed and consistent with your contract and mandatory law. When we are the organiser of a travel package, using suppliers does not remove the responsibilities imposed on us by applicable tourism law.

9. Conduct, safety and minors

Travellers must follow reasonable safety instructions, respect local law, other guests, staff, cultural and natural sites, and avoid conduct that creates a serious risk or disruption. We may refuse or end participation where reasonably necessary for safety or lawful operation; any refund will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

A minor must travel with, or have the authorisation and supervision of, a responsible adult or organisation as required for the service and border rules. The organiser of a school or youth group is responsible for the necessary permissions, emergency contacts and supervision unless agreed otherwise in writing.

10. Website, accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, interfere with security, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or attempt unauthorised access. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users and systems.

Website text, branding, design and original media are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use them for personal trip planning, but may not commercially reproduce them without permission. If you submit a review or photo for publication, you confirm that you have the right to do so and allow us to display it in connection with our services; you may ask us to remove it.

11. Responsibility and limits

We are responsible for performing the services we have contractually undertaken and for the remedies required by Armenian law. We are not responsible for loss caused by your own act or omission, an unrelated third party, or extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances, except where applicable law places responsibility on us.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Personal data and communications

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking notices may be sent to the email address, phone number or messaging channel you provide. You are responsible for keeping those details current and checking time-sensitive messages. Marketing messages are managed separately and can be declined.

Read the Privacy Policy

13. Complaints, governing law and contact

Tell the guide, supplier or our support team promptly about a problem so that there is a reasonable opportunity to resolve it during the trip. Send a formal complaint with the booking number and supporting information to [email protected]. We will review it and reply in a reasonable period. Consumers may also use the complaint channels available under Armenian tourism and consumer law.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are handled by the competent Armenian courts unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum. Contact: One Way Group LLC, 16 Parpetsi Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia; [email protected]. We may update these general terms prospectively; the version accepted for a confirmed booking continues to govern that booking unless a lawful change is agreed or required.
