Amberd Fortress, Vahramashen, Tegher, Byurakan Observatory

Amberd, located 2300 meters above sea level, has been inhabited since the Stone Age, and today's castle was built in the 10th century. Located at the confluence of two rivers, the castle remained exceptionally impregnable for many centuries and fell only in the 14th century, after which it reached the present day with minor changes. The castle consists of a fort, St. Astvatsatsin Church, 1026, a chapel, a bath, and otherworldly buildings.

Byurakan Observatory is one of the most significant astronomical research centers in Armenia, located in the Aragatsotn Province, on the southern slope of Mount Aragats. Founded in 1946, the observatory was established by the prominent Armenian astrophysicist Viktor Ambartsumian. It is renowned for its contribution to the study of galaxies, star formation, and cosmic phenomena. The observatory is equipped with advanced telescopes and research tools, including a 2.6-meter telescope, one of the largest in the region.
