1. How to submit a request
- If you have an account, sign in, open Profile → Preferences and select Request deletion.
- Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”. Send the request from the address connected with your account or booking where possible.
- You may also ask in the same Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber conversation you used to contact us.
There is no fee for making a deletion request. Do not send a passport image, bank-card number or password with your initial request.
Email a deletion request2. What to include
Give us enough information to locate the correct records:
- your full name and the email address or phone number used with us;
- the relevant booking or order number, if you have one;
- the channel used to contact us and the username associated with it;
- whether you want the entire account deleted or only particular enquiries, messages or uploaded files.
3. Identity verification
We must make sure that one person cannot delete another person’s data. We normally verify a request through the signed-in account, the email address, phone number or messaging account already connected with the records. If that is not enough, we may ask for limited additional information. We use verification information only to handle the request.
A parent, guardian or authorised representative may submit a request for another person, but we may ask for reasonable evidence of that authority.
4. What we delete or anonymise
After a valid request, and subject to records we must lawfully retain, we identify and delete or irreversibly anonymise relevant data in systems under our control, which may include:
- your website account and saved preferences;
- enquiry forms, custom-tour, transfer and hotel requests;
- support conversations and attachments stored in our customer-support system;
- reviews or photos you submitted for publication;
- marketing contact details and related internal notes.
5. Records we may need to retain
Deletion is not absolute where continued retention is required by Armenian law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, prevent fraud, protect security or document a completed transaction. This may apply to invoices, payment and refund records, tax and accounting records, a booking contract and a minimal record of the request itself.
Retained records are restricted to the required purpose and period. They are not kept for marketing. We will explain the categories that cannot yet be deleted and the reason when responding to you.
6. What happens next and how long it takes
- We acknowledge the request and check whether we can identify the relevant records.
- We may contact you through an existing verified channel to confirm identity or clarify the scope.
- We delete, anonymise or restrict the data, and record any legal reason for retaining a limited part.
- We send a written completion notice or explain why all or part of the request cannot be fulfilled.
We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days. A complex or legally restricted request may take longer; if so, we will explain the reason and expected timing.
7. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other providers
Deleting a conversation in an app does not necessarily remove the copy stored in our support system; send us a request so we can remove our copy. Deleting data from our systems does not delete the separate copy controlled by Meta, Telegram, Viber, a payment provider or another platform. Use that provider’s account and privacy settings for its copy.
Where a service provider processes data only for us, we take reasonable steps to include that copy in the request, subject to its backup cycle and legal obligations. Residual backup copies are protected from normal use and expire through the backup retention process.
8. Effect on bookings and loyalty benefits
Deleting an account may remove access to saved preferences, order history, loyalty status and benefits tied to that account. It does not automatically cancel a future booking or create a refund. If you also want to cancel or change a booked service, state that separately and follow the cancellation terms in your confirmation.
9. Questions, objections and contact
If you disagree with our response, reply with the reason and we will review it. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of Armenia where that right applies.
Controller: One Way Group LLC, 16 Parpetsi Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia. Email: [email protected]. Include “Data deletion request” in the subject so the request is routed correctly.
