* The program of days 1, 2, and 3 may be changed only in the order of the days.
* On 31.12, the departure time may change depending on the hotel and border queues.
* Preferred seats in the vehicle are not reserved in advance.
* The consumption of any type of food, alcoholic drinks, tea, coffee, and other beverages
(except water), as well as tobacco products, is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
* If arriving in Tbilisi before hotel check-in, participants are given free time.
* Transportation from the restaurant to the hotel and from the hotel to the restaurant [at fixed hours] is included in the tour price.
* If returning from the restaurant to the hotel earlier or later, transportation is not provided.
* During city tours, we will mostly walk.
* For entrance fees and other expenses, it is necessary to have Georgian lari
(1 GEL~150 AMD) [there is an AMD exchange point at the Armenian-Georgian border].
* No time is allocated for shopping at Duty Free shopping centers at the border.

What does the New Year package include?
The package includes a stay at Iveria Inn 4* in Tbilisi for 5 days / 4 nights with breakfast, and the New Year's gala dinner in a high-class restaurant with an Armenian and Georgian show program, an Armenian-speaking host and a DJ. Travel insurance is not included, and without the gala dinner the package costs 25,000 AMD less.
How does the package price depend on the room type?
The package price per person depends on the room type: 162,000 AMD in a single room, 132,000 AMD in a double room, 125,000 AMD in a triple room and 110,000 AMD for an extra bed in the room.
How much is this tour for one adult?
The price for one adult is 125,000 AMD, whatever the language of the guide.
Is there an early booking discount?
Yes, in the pre-sale until 15.10, a discount of 25,000 AMD per person applies to any package.
Are transport and excursions included, or can I join without them?
Round-trip transportation and tours with an Armenian-speaking guide from 31.12 to 04.01 (5 days / 4 nights) cost an extra 25,000 AMD. If you join without transportation, you can book 30.12.2026-03.01.2027 or 31.12.2026-04.01.2027. A one-way transfer costs an extra 10,000 AMD, and a round-trip transfer 20,000 AMD.
What is the program of the trip?
Day by day, the trip covers the departure and the festive gala dinner, Tbilisi, the Gino Paradise Aqua Park, Sighnaghi, and finally Mtskheta and the return. The program of days 1, 2 and 3 may change only in the order of the days, and city tours are mostly on foot.
When and where does the group leave, and when does it return?
The group leaves from 1a Sayat-Nova Ave in Yerevan at 01:00 on 31.12.2026 and returns there at 22:00 on 04.01.2027. On 31.12, the departure time may change depending on the hotel and border queues.
Where is the Iveria Inn hotel, and what does it offer?
The hotel is next to the Ministry of Internal Affairs building, 500 meters from Varketili metro station, from where the metro takes you to Liberty Square station near Rustaveli Avenue. It has free parking, Wi-Fi, central heating, a restaurant and a bar, and all rooms have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a hairdryer and hygiene items. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.
Where and when is the New Year's gala dinner?
The gala dinner runs from 22:00 to 02:30 at the Monopoly or Era Hall restaurant in Tbilisi, reserved only for One Way Tour guests. The company chooses the restaurant depending on your hotel, as well as the tables and seats, and this cannot be changed; tables are for 10-20 people. Transport between the hotel and the restaurant is included at fixed hours; if you return earlier or later, no transport is provided.
What is served at the gala dinner?
The festive menu, the same in all restaurants, includes pork barbecue, grilled salmon, Imeretian khachapuri, satsivi, assorted meats and cheeses, and desserts such as gozinaki and pelamushi, with drinks including champagne, wine and vodka. The evening also features live music, Santa Claus and gifts for children. Orders outside the menu are paid separately, and bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited.
Are there discounts for children?
One child aged 0-5 travels free without a separate seat, and children aged 5-10 get a 10% discount. There are no age restrictions.
What should I know about the border and money?
An exit stamp in your passport is mandatory to cross the border, and if there is a passport or other document issue at the Armenian-Georgian border, the company is not obliged to wait more than 15-30 minutes. Border queues are beyond the company's control, and no time is set aside for Duty Free shopping. For entrance fees and other expenses you need Georgian lari (1 GEL is about 150 AMD), and there is an AMD exchange point at the border.
