Back to the hotel
After the celebration, the bus will take you back to the hotel. If you’d like to leave earlier or stay longer, you can return to the hotel independently.
The evening is held in Armenian. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed. Additional orders outside the menu are charged separately. On December 31, the departure time may change depending on the hotel and the border queue.

We depart from Yerevan at -- and arrive in festive Tbilisi in the morning. Hotel check-in from 15:00, with time to rest and get ready for the celebration. At 22:00, the highlight of the evening begins — the New Year’s Gala Dinner.

Days 1–3 may be swapped. On 31 December the departure time may shift depending on the hotel and the queue at the border.
Good to know
- Seats in the vehicle are not reserved in advance; only water is allowed on board.
- We mostly explore Tbilisi on foot, so comfortable shoes are recommended.
- You will need lari for tickets and shopping (1 GEL ≈ 150 ֏); there is an exchange office at the border.

We have been creating journeys since 2011, with our office located at 16 Parpetsi Street. On New Year’s Eve, the restaurants will welcome One Way Tour guests only.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the trip cost?
The New Year package starts at 125,000 ֏ per person and includes hotel accommodation with breakfast, a gala dinner and transfers on New Year’s Eve. Yerevan — Tbilisi — Yerevan transfers cost an additional 20,000 ֏ per person, or choose transfers with an excursion programme for an additional 25,000 ֏ per person.
Where and when do we leave?
On December 30 or 31 from 1 Sayat-Nova Avenue. On January 4, the tour ends at the same location at 22:00.
What do we do before check-in at 15:00?
If the group arrives in Tbilisi earlier than scheduled, you will have free time before check-in to explore the city or relax. Hotel check-in is from 15:00, and on the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 12:00. The Gala Dinner starts at 22:00. That evening, the bus will take you to the restaurant and bring you back to the hotel after the event.
Can we travel with children?
Of course. One child under 5 per room travels free (without their own bed), and children aged 5–10 pay the adult rate. On New Year’s Eve little ones are met by Santa with gifts.
We will drive our own car. Is that possible?
Yes. The package price covers the hotel and the gala dinner, with check-in on 30 or 31 December. The transfer (+20,000 ֏) or the tour (+25,000 ֏) is optional: in the calculator choose “By your own car”.
Can we skip the gala dinner?
Yes, the package is then 25,000 ֏ less per person. But we really recommend not missing that night. The other way round works too: the gala dinner alone is 45,000 ֏ per person, and we assign the restaurant, Monopoly or Era Hall.
