Gegharot Waterfall with Hovazavr machine

On the slopes of Mount Aragats, at an altitude of about 3,000 meters above sea level, lies the stunning Gegharot Waterfall.

In winter, the waterfall freezes, while in summer, its crystal-clear waters cascade from a height of around 17 meters.

Our first stop will be in the village of Aragats, from where part of the road will be traveled in Armenia’s first and only all-terrain tourist bus — the Hovazavr. This unique vehicle adds a special twist to the adventure, making the hike even more exciting and memorable. After that, we’ll take a 2 km hike on foot to reach the breathtaking Gegharot Waterfall.

P.S. Participants are advised to wear sports shoes and comfortable clothing, bring a protective hat and sunglasses, one-day food and water supply, an extra pair of shoes, and sunscreen.
