This time we are going to discover the hidden but at the same time the most beautiful places of Geghama mountains. Gegham mountains
You will feel the uniqueness of Nazeli and Vishapasar lakes for yourself, as soon as you get there.
Lake Nazel is located in the middle of Azhdahak and Spitakasar peaks, 1.7 km east of Nazel peak. The height is 3100 meters above sea level. The lake is also called Duck Lake. Then we will visit Vanki Lake or Vishapalich. It is located at an altitude of 2620 m above sea level. We will see dragon stones in the area. We will also see rock paintings of the Geghama Mountains, which refer to the Neolithic period, carved on massive limestone boulders. These are one of the few places where you are closer to nature.
P.S. During the tour, we will cover a walk of approximately 4 km.Participants are advised to wear hiking shoes, comfortable clothes, protective hat, sunglasses, 1 day’s worth of food and water (2-3 L), warm clothes, spare shoes, walking sticks, medicine box, raincoat and flashlight.
