This time the craziness will accompany us to the Geghama mountains.
Our destination is Aknalich. reservoir, which is located at the border of Kotayk and Gegharkunik regions. It was included in the list of state natural monuments. We will start the route from Sevaberd village to Aknalich, we will have free time in the area and, if desired, we will go up to Aknasar near the coast.We will cross a part of the road with the first and only all-terrain tourist bus in Armenia – Hovazavr, which will make this hiking tour even more interesting and memorable.
P.S. The length of the walk of medium difficulty is 7 km.Participants are advised to wear hiking shoes, comfortable clothing, protective hat, sunglasses, 1 day’s worth of food and water (2-3 L), warm clothing, replacement shoes, walking sticks, medicine box, raincoat and flashlight.
