The Victory Bridge is located over the Hrazdan River, connecting Mashtots and Isakov Avenues. Its grand opening took place on November 25, 1945. On the right bank of the bridge is the Yerevan Brandy Factory, while on the left bank is the Yerevan Wine Factory. It is one of Yerevan’s major bridges and is considered an important urban infrastructure link, connecting the northern and western districts of the city with the center. The bridge is 200 meters long, 25 meters wide, and 34 meters high. Traffic flows in both directions, and pedestrian walkways are also available.

German prisoners of war from Hitler’s army, who were transferred to Armenia after the Battle of Stalingrad (1943), also participated in the construction of the Victory Bridge.
