You can pay by card in the office, by bank transfer, or in cash at the office. Payment is made in advance to confirm the booking.

If my plans change, how late can I cancel?

Since this is a day tour, it can be cancelled 1 day before the start. However, after mutual confirmation no refund is issued and the date cannot be changed.

In case of severe weather or road closures the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled. Since the program includes about a 5 km hike, weather is especially important.

Are meals included, or should we bring food with us?
