Vernissage is an open-air exhibition-market in the center of Yerevan, where visitors can find Armenian handicrafts, unique souvenirs, and works of art. The formation of Vernissage began in the 1980s when artists displayed their works in the park named after Saryan. Later, the government allocated a larger space (the current Vernissage) to allow more artists, craftsmen, and painters to showcase their work.
