"Tamanyan envisioned the construction of Yerevan around this very circle, which later became known as the Circular Park. The park project was realized in the 1960s, featuring a large-scale tree planting initiative that enriched the area with significant monuments, much to the satisfaction of Yerevan’s residents. In 1964, the ""Aragast"" café-ship (commonly known as ""Poplavok"") was built, serving not just as a place to eat but as a space for conversation. It was a tradition that everyone visiting Poplavok had to bring a piece of news with them. Over the years, the park’s layout lost its circular shape, and in 2005, it was renamed ""Youth Park."""
