You can pay by card in the office, by bank transfer, or in cash at the office. Payment is made in advance to confirm the booking.

If I can’t come, how late can I cancel?

Since this is a day tour, it can be cancelled 1 day before the start.

If I cancel, do I get a refund and can I change the date?

After mutual confirmation no refund is issued and the date cannot be changed.

In case of severe weather or road closures the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled.

No, meals are not included. You may bring your own food or pay on site.

Entrance fees are not included and are usually paid in cash on site. If you prefer not to pay, you may skip that site and wait for the group outside.
