Our next hiking adventure takes us to Mount Pahakassar near the village of Herher in Vayots Dzor, standing at an altitude of 2,004 meters. On the way back, we will visit the 13th-century St. Gevorg Chapel, better known as Chikivank. Locals believe that the soil around Chikivank has healing properties.

P.S. The total hiking distance is about 12 km. Participants are advised to wear sports shoes and comfortable clothing, bring a protective hat, sunglasses, food and water for one day (2–3 liters), warm clothing, an extra pair of shoes, trekking poles, a first aid kit, a raincoat, and a flashlight.
