P.S. Please note that we are expecting a hike of about 10 km in length, of medium difficulty. Participants are advised to wear sportswear, comfortable shoes, warm clothing, wear a protective hat, and have enough food and water for one day.

1 Stop 1 Holy Cross Church (Aparan)
This medieval church is located in the center of Aparan, surrounded by the calm life of the town.
2 Stop 2 From the Reservoir to the St. Poghos-Petros Church
The reservoir is the heart of Aparan, and nearby lies the ancient St. Poghos-Petros Church.
3 Stop 3 Astvatsenkal Monastery
Hidden on a hilltop, this mystical site is often compared to a “forgotten sanctuary.”
4 Stop 4 Armenian Alphabet Park
This open-air monument is dedicated to the 1600th anniversary of the Armenian alphabet.
