Job Responsibilities
• Knowledge of the main tourist destinations
• Customer service
• Answering current phone calls and messages,
• Providing the client with all information related to tour packages
• Assistance in making a choice
• Market research
• Accepting applications for online platforms

Required qualifications
Languages:
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, Russian (knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage)

Professional skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• 2 years of work experience in sales and service

Computer skills:
• Knowledge of MS Office

Other skills
• Knowledge of the AS Trade program will be considered an advantage

• Stress tolerance
• Ability to quickly orient oneself
• Sense of responsibility
• Punctuality
