Mount Artanish is located on the northeastern shore of Lake Sevan, on the Artanish Peninsula. From its summit, there is a panoramic view of the Pambak, Geghama, Eastern Sevan, Sevan, Vardenis, and Areghuni mountain ranges. The mountain stands at an altitude of 2,461 meters.
