Responsibilities

- Development and maintenance of the organization's HR strategy

- Complete organization of the recruitment and adaptation process of employees

- Management of the employee performance evaluation system

- Organization of training and development programs

- Maintenance and development of corporate culture

- Development and implementation of incentive systems

- Management of the employee database
 

Requirements

- At least 2-3 years of work experience as an HR Manager

- Good knowledge of the labor legislation of the Republic of Armenia

- Communication and negotiation skills

- Organization and analytical thinking
