• Participate in the process of developing price offers for tour packages,
• Develop a list of primary information related to tour packages (information packages)
• Conduct statistical analysis on tours,
• Regularly study the price offers available on the market,
• Collect, develop, analyze customer requirements for travel,
• Customer consultation and support
• Reservation of hotels, transfers, excursions, restaurant tables
• Online platform management, analysis of feedback and provision of new offers
• Development, presentation, provision of tourist services
• Documentation management, including the formulation of necessary reservations, and provision of reports

Required skills:
Professional skills:
• 2+ years of work experience in the tourism industry
• Higher education in the tourism industry
• Sales skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy: MS office knowledge, free use of the Internet ability

Language skills:
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, Russian
Knowledge of other languages ​​will be considered an advantage
