Job Responsibilities

• Know the main tourist destinations
• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer ongoing phone calls and messages
• Provide customers with complete information about tour packages
• Assist customers in the selection process
• Accept applications from online platforms

Required qualifications

Language skills

• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian (knowledge of other languages ​​will be considered an advantage)

Professional skills

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales and service

Computer skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of the "AS Trade" program will be considered an advantage

Personal qualities

• Stress tolerance
• Ability to quickly orient oneself
• Sense of responsibility
• Punctuality
