During the exclusive tour, we will discover the wonders of Aragatsotn. Our first stop will be in the unique Yeghipatrush, where hospitable people will welcome us in rural houses. The participants of the tour will have an opportunity to take part in the process of making traditional Kutap: a potato pie with a unique taste. Continuing our way, we will get to the church of Poghos-Petros, which went under the water while constructing the Aparan reservoir.
The last stop will be in St. Astvatsankal church, where a small hike of about 2 km is planned. On the right side of this wonderful church, there are rocky cliffs, on the left there are slopes of gorges, not reaching Kasakh river, there are descending mountain slopes, inside the gorge, there is a flowing Kasakh river, on the left bank of the river, on a triangular hill, the medieval fortress is located.
The hiking part of the tour is about 7km. Participants are advised to have comfortable sportswear, have a protective cap, and the necessary food and water for the day.
P.S. The price does not include the preparation of Kutap in the rural houses – 2000 AMD.
