Within the framework of this tour, you can enjoy both historical sites and the beauty of the surrounding nature.

We will start the hike from the village of Gndevaz, first we will visit the local St. Astvatsatsin Church, then the Gndevank monastery complex located in the Arpa Gorge. Gndevank was founded in the 10th century and is an important example of Armenian medieval architecture. It is located on the banks of the Arpa River and is surrounded by beautiful nature. Then we will continue the path through the gorge to the beginning of the gorge.

P.S. The total length of the hike is 8 km. Participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes, comfortable clothing, wear a protective hat, glasses, have enough food and water (2-3 l) for 1 day and warm clothes.
