The complex of Srvegh monastery (XIII) is located in Tavush province, not far from Aygehovit village, in a place called Khachi Tak (Beneath the Cross). The monument consists of two churches, residential and economic buildings of the monks. It is surrounded by an enclosure only the basements of which are left. There are ruins of other buildings, gravestones, khachkars around the monastery. An oil press facility belonged to the monastery, which was located behind the walls of the monastery on the western side. Only ruined walls have survived․
The well-established transport infrastructure of Armenia allows to get to Srvegh Monastery by a private car or with the help of various travel companies which offer regular excursions and tours to different sights of the country. Due to the geographical location of Srvegh Monastery the trip will not seem long.
The high season in Armenia lasts for a long time due to the pleasant climate conditions. Warm days in Armenia start in March and last until late autumn; winter is usually snowless and not long. The high precipitation season is variable. The tourist season for Srvegh Monastery depends on the weather conditions.
There is an old cemetery around the monastery.
