JOB DESCRIPTION

Incoming tour manager collects and analyzes the demands and wishes of customers, on the basis of which provides appropriate advice and the final offer, organizes clients’ travel, provides the necessary information about the trip.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• To seek new partners in the foreign and domestic markets for more beneficial suggestion on the basis of time, price and other criterion.
• To communicate (in a written form) with clients and partners (hotels, transportation, companies offering tours and excursions, etc.) in accordance with the points of the contract,
• To take part in the process of quotation of tour packages,
• To develop a list of information related to the main tour packages (information packages)
• To explore regularly available market quotations,
• To collect, process, analyze customers’ travel needs,
• To consult clients, to orient them on the spot and by phone,
• To follow the payments and accept cash payment,
• Promote online platforms, get feedback, make new suggestions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Higher education and at least 1 year of work experience in the field,
• Knowledge of languages (English, Russian, Armenian) is a must. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a privilege.
• Computer knowledge (knowledge of MS office, internet)
• Excellent communicative skills
• Ability to orient quickly in difficult situations, and learn
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
